Hi. I puchased a Dell Inspiron 9200, and it arrived Friday. I loaded it up with Sysmetrix and noticed the screen refresh was slow and didn't always refresh the entire screen. I ran dxdiag and it would bomb out on the DirectDraw test. I got to checking the programs I'd loaded, disabling them one by one, each time running dxdiag. When I disabled Sysmetrix, dxdiag ran fine.
